We brewed this special tart beer with local barley and flaked rye. Fermented with Saison and Brettanomyces yeast inside red wine barrels before fermenting a 2nd time with 100 pounds of fresh local strawberries from our friends Tim and Sue Ward. Fermented a final time inside these bottles. Enjoy!
