We love to source seasonal ingredients pulled from local gardens, orchards and, sometimes... fields full of dandelions in full blossom. The flowers provide a great substitute for hops - adding a unique bitterness to this deliciously floral Saison. The flowers were used in the whirlpool as well as in place of hops during dry-hopping.
