We modified the recipe for our traditional West Coast IPA with the addition of the younger hop varieties Vic Secret and Nelson Sauvin. These exotic hops from the islands of Australia and New Zealand add bold punches of tropical fruit and a floral bouquet. Adding hops during every stage in the brewing process produces a final product with big flavors that is still remarkably smooth.
