Our “Bearer of Fruit” series is dedicated to a focus on combining various fruits into a light sour ale such as Berliner Weisse.

The re-fermenting and aging process of the featured fruits result in a tart wheat ale that is not overly sweet while still maintaining the delicious fruity flavors of blackcurrant and grapefruit.
