Little Grazer is influenced by the lower alcohol saison beers served to miners in the Hainaut province of southern Belgium starting in the 18th century.

This grisette is brewed with mostly regional Appalachian wheat from Carolina Malt House along with a bit of barley. It’s light and a little tart with some citrus zip to it. Deliciously dry and refreshing!
