VFW Post 4469 Presents: Flag Retirement Ceremony

The 14th of June is National Flag Day. We will be conducting our annual Flag Retirement Ceremony at the Weathered Ground Brewery.
The American flag is typically folded 13 times in a ceremonial fashion with a symbolic reason. This is a public event to honor “Old Glory” as we proudly retire her.

🇺🇸 Have an old, worn, or damaged American flag? Join us at Weathered Ground Brewery on Saturday, June 14th from 2–4 PM for a Flag Retirement Ceremony hosted by Beckley VFW Post 4469. This meaningful event offers a respectful and traditional way to retire unserviceable flags with honor. Bring your flags, stay for the ceremony, and help us pay tribute to the Stars and Stripes—one last time.
