This dark lager is an homage to our late great Bloodhound, Jethro. We feel this beer fits him perfect and we miss him dearly. We’ve combined our favorite chocolate and roasted malts with local pecan smoked malt from Riverbend Malt House and local honey from Wills Beekeeping. Finally aged cold for several weeks before entering this can.
