We’ll be bringing the guitar/mandolin duo up to Weathered Ground on Saturday 11/11!

Americana/Indie-Folk band Elonzo Wesley are about to hit the road for their first regional tour promoting the new album Spec, due out 11/17.

In addition, the band has released their debut single, Emanuel; currently available for download via bandcamp in exchange for a donation amount of choice, with all proceeds benefiting the Mother Emanuel AME Church Hope Fund. Emanuel was written in dedication and memory of the nine individuals and their families, that lost lives in the horrific act of terror that took place on June 17, 2015 in Charleston, SC.

Carrying his father’s name as a moniker and guide, and with five albums under his belt, Jeremy Davis embarks upon the next steps of his musical journey in form of an Americana String band, blending traditions of the past with unique, soulful songwriting and genre-bending influences. Elonzo Wesley, at it’s best is; the musical truth of the moment, combined with the beauty of what has passed.
